We achieved nearly 25 lakhs in sales with a 6.29 ROAS for this bootstrapped D2C brand, which had been struggling with unstable returns and scaling profitably. Our advanced creative strategy, landing page optimization, AOV increase, irresistible offers, and precise audience targeting transformed their performance. The client previously faced challenges in identifying best-selling products in terms of stock and inventory, causing ROAS to drop whenever they scaled.
Leveraging the 80/20 rule, we discovered that 80% of the brand’s sales came from just 20% of their products. To address the remaining 80% of the stock, we implemented collection ads with new offers, resulting in a significant AOV increase. This strategy showcased multiple products in a single ad, encouraging customers to explore the entire range.
To clear out dead stock, we ran a successful clearance sale ad campaign, which effectively reduced old inventory and freed up cash flow for new stock. The brand also introduced new products every 1-2 months, keeping the lineup fresh and exciting for customers.
Our initial ROAS was poor, but this phase was crucial for finding the right product-market fit and optimizing our approach. By the second month, we focused our budget on the best-performing elements, maximizing returns through strategic budget allocation. This disciplined approach ensured continued growth and profitability, even with a limited product range.
